Notes for participation
- The number of keys required for this competition is unlimited.
- Mappers can only participate in teams or anonymous teams.
- No more than 6 members are allowed in each team.
- Each team must have at least one person is an invited user. About invited user: changes to chart slot .
- Each member must take part in the submission (as long as the member appears in the creator list).
- No three or more members of the same team who have participated in Chart Brawl 2022 can be on the same team.
Exhibition Match
There is no limit on the level, but the song should be within 10 minutes. The number of submissions cannot exceed the number of team members. Stable charts are not allowed to submit. Only mcz files are accepted.
Guest Match
Each team can choose 1 - 3 quest songs. Each quest song can only exist one chart, the level should be within Lv.15 - 37. Only mcz files are accepted.

- If participants only submit either Exhibition/Guest Match, the other section will receive no points.
Time schedule
One-month preparation and one-month exhibition. Please submit before the preparing time ends.
Preparing time: Dec 1st, 2022 - Dec 25th, 2022
Exhibiting time: Jan 1st, 2023 - Jan 31th, 2023
Scoring Rules
Score of exhibition match + Score of quest match = Final score.
The score of exhibition match equals the total number of votes/the number of submitted charts received in exhibition match.
The score of quest match equals the total number of votes/the number of submitted charts received in quest match.
Judges
- If the judge take part in the competition, he or she cannot vote for his or her own team.
Chart Brawl 2023's judges are selected by self-nomination, the self-nomination channel and conditions will be released together with the guest songs on Nov 28th.
Channel 1
Necessary conditions
- Invited user
- Play counts > 1000
- No adverse community record
One of the following conditions is satisfied
- Have stable/beta chart of key mode
- Worked with Stable mapper in the form of creator column collaboration
- Any Key mode chart hot>1000, recommend>3
Channel 2
One of the following conditions is satisfied
- Current/Past Malody Assistant/Publisher
- Key stable set (At least 2 diffs)>3
- Past Key Marlo Cup/Chart Brawl Judges
Judges Prize: 5 invitation codes or one Malody V activation code for any platform

Cautions
The probition of songs: No Arcaea/Rayark songs are allowed to be used to creat charts, nor the following artists: a_hisa, m108, NeLiME.
- If there is an absence, the final score will the number of attended members/the number of team members.
- If there is a report of plagiarism, the chart will no longer be exhibited and will receive no points.
- If the organizer reviews the chart as extremely inappropriate, the chart will no longer be exhibited.
- If you select an inappropriate song, the submissions of your team will no longer be exhibited. Penalty will be given depending on the situation. Content contained in inappropriate songs: porn, political, horror, or content that makes people uncomfortable.
Awards
- The top 60% of team rankings will be eligible for invited users.
- The 1st place in total score will receive 40000 golds+Talent team achievement.
- The 2nd place in total score will receive 30000 golds+Talent team achievement.
- The 3rd place in total score will receive 20000 golds+Talent team achievement.
- The 4th - 8th place in total score will receive 10000 golds+Competitor achievement.
- The rest participants will receive 5000 golds+Competitor achievement.
Submission Methods
Chart Brawl 2023 only accepts email submissions, please elect a team captain in advance, then send the team name, team avatar, team member uid and charts to [email protected]
Other
- If the chart is already uploaded to the server, you can just send the cid.
- During exhibition, charts will be transferred to the creators. For teamwork, charts will be transferred to the captain. Please note if there is any requirement.
- If you want to contribute anonymously, please note in the email. Your charts will be transferred to Marlo-Chan.
