How to Play RM Charts in Malody
Step 1: Download Malody V
To play RM charts, you must use the Malody V client on mobile devices instead of the regular Malody app.

Step 2: Verify Malody V Version
Open Malody V > Tap Settings (top-right) > Scroll to bottom > Check local version number.Must be v6.2.22 or higher!
Step 3: Configure Server In Malody V:
1. Go to Settings
2. Find "Chart Server Host"
3. Enter: http://api.paimonnokoya.me/ (or http://api.muglove.xyz/)
4. Confirm and wait for success prompt
Step 4: Acquire RM Skin
◆ Method 1:
- Open Store (cart icon)
- Switch to Skin tab (bottom-right)
- Find "EX Rhythm Master VI"
- Purchase & download
◆ Method 2:
- Purchase & download
- In Malody V: Import > Skin > Select downloaded file
Note: Only these official skins allow stable chart scores to be uploaded to permanent leaderboards. Other skins will flag scores as invalid.
Step 5: Activate RM Skin
1. Settings > Wardrobe icon (top-center)
2. Set Mode to "Slide"
3. Select "EX Rhythm Master VI"
4. Confirm
Step 6: Get RM Charts
◆ Method 1:
- Store > Chart tab
- Tap Filters (top-right) > Slide
- Enable "Include Free Mode Charts" (top-left)
- Look for Slide icon songs
- Download desired difficulty
【After the 6.3.22 client update, the "Mode" option is no longer visible in the top-right corner of the store. Instead, directly click the search bar, select RM Style under the FreeStyle category, and then click OK to display all Stable RM songs.】
◆ Method 2:
- Home screen > Import > Chart
- Add RM chart files manually
Important:
1. Not all Slide charts are RM charts - check carefully
2. Stable charts grant coins/puzzles and have permanent leaderboards
Step 7: Play RM Charts
Pre-play adjustments

- JUDGE: Timing strictness
- SPEED: Note drop rate
▲ Top Mod options:
- Death Mode: "Pure Play" (no characters/items/SuperTime) with instant fail on HP drain
In-game menu (pause > settings):
- Hit offset adjustment
- Toggle items/ST (disabled in Death Mode)
Critical Notes:
- Death Mode forces JUDGE D regardless of selection
- Post-game: Use top-left buttons to rate/support chart creators
